WARRANTY

This Warranty explains what is covered after our service or installation, how long the coverage lasts, what is not covered, and how to file a claim. This warranty applies only to services performed by Sphere Garage Door Repair at the original service address.
Coverage
Labor warranty: 90 days on workmanship for residential services we performed.
Parts warranty: per manufacturer terms (typically up to 1 year for most OEM parts).
New door / opener installations: manufacturer warranty on the product + our labor warranty on installation.
What’s not covered
- Damage from misuse, accidents, vandalism, flooding, fire, or power surges.
- Wear-and-tear items beyond their normal life cycle (springs, cables, rollers, weather seals).
- Third-party work or modifications performed after our service; non-OEM/used parts.
- Cosmetic issues that do not affect operation (minor scratches, paint, noise/vibration).
- Issues caused by lack of maintenance (no lubrication/balance checks contrary to our advice).
Customer responsibilities
- Provide safe access to the garage door/opener at the scheduled time.
- Follow basic maintenance recommendations provided by our technician.
- Keep your receipt/work order as proof of service and date.
How to file a claim
- Prepare your work order/receipt and a short description of the issue.

- We will schedule an inspection; if covered, we will repair or replace the part at no labor charge within the warranty period.
Limitations
Our liability is limited to the original invoice amount for the serviced item. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the address where the work was performed. Manufacturer decisions govern manufacturer warranty claims.
